Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 16

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 16      The women of the Bennet family gathered together to chat while eating at the hotel. They talk about Mr. Wickham. They feel excited, except Elizabeth and Jane. Elizabeth talked with Jane about the letter that Mr. Darcy gave her. Jane was shocked about Mr. Wickham. Who knows that Mr. Wickham is a bad person? At first, I thought he was a good man, but after reading the letter, my opinion of Mr. Wickham has shifted. However, I think the relationship between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy may be better in the future.

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 15

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 15      In this chapter, Elizabeth receives a letter from Mr. Darcy. He wants to explain everything and apologize to her. In a letter he wrote about Jane and Mr. Bingley and Mr. Wickham, he said if she does not trust him, she can ask Colonel Fitzwilliam about the truth. When she reads a letter, she feels angry with herself because what she thought was completely wrong, so she was confused as to what was true and what was false. She felt conscience toward Mr. Darcy.

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 14

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 14      At this time, Elizabeth was very angry with Darcy because she knew the truth: Mr. Darcy was a person who tried to obstruct the love of Jane and Mr. Bingley, and he was successful. Before, she knew Mr. Darcy asked her to marry, and then she knew everything. She rejected marrying. Mr. Darcy tries to explain everything, but she does not want to listen. Everything that he said seemed like he was trying to make excuses to make himself better. When they talked for a long time, they were both angry at each other. Until finally, they got into more and more fights, and I thought maybe they weren't married anymore. The feelings he had for her at first secretly made me envious of her, but now I'm angry with him just like her. Why did he have to do this to her sister? What reason did he have for doing this?

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 12

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 12           In this chapter, I don't like Mrs. Catherine; she likes to look down on others and ask questions without considering the minds of others. She likes to put others below her and sees herself as noble. Elizabeth is not satisfied with her. Mr. Collins agrees with her on everything. I feel annoyed by these people; it is like they are rich and can do anything, but the truth is that they cannot.

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 11

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 11      I think that this chapter is nothing like the previous chapter. Jane is still sad about Mr. Bingley, and Elizabeth still takes care of Jane. They are visiting Hunsford, and Elizabeth has met Mr. Collins and Charlotte. When they meet, Mr. Collins tries to make Elizabeth jealous because she rejected him. and Charlotte still acts like nothing happened. When I almost  read the end of this chapter, I was pretty puzzled as to what happened. But a mistake happened, and everyone was shocked.

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 10

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 10       In this chapter, Jane is so pitiful that she was excluded from Mr. Bingley by his family. Elizabeth is worried about Jane too. Jane received the letters from Caroline, but in the letters there are a lot of bad words, but Jane still went to London for Mr. Bingley. At this time, Jane still trusted Mr. Bingley, although she was excluded. But the last Mr. Bingley moved to London permanently because of his sister. When Jane knew, she felt sorrow. Elizabeth pities Jane so much, and she is not satisfied with Mr. Bingley, Mr. Darcy, and his family. I feel like Eliza because Mr. Bingley is not fighting for his love, like he is not serious about wanting to get married to Jane, and Mr. Darcy cannot help anything. Also, Caroline and Mrs. Hurst are still messing with Jane. I do not know what Jane will do next, But I hope she will get what she deserves when the time is right.

Pride and Prejudice Reading Review chapter 9

Pride and Prejudice Chapter 9      When I read this chapter's end, I felt confused. For the first time, I thought that Mr. Collins wanted to apologize for his mistake of being serious, but I had the wrong idea. Mr. Collins just wants to get married to someone, and that someone is Elzabeth's friend, Charotte. I think Elizabeth was betrayed by her friends. Charlotte wanted Mr. Collins from the start; she ignored Eliza's feelings. When Elizabeth knew, she was shocked. Who would not be shocked about this? I was shocked like Elizabeth too. Charlotte makes the words so beautiful, but her actions are the opposite of her words.
